Neyland Community School was formed after an amalgamation of Neyland Infant School and Neyland Junior School in September 2006.
At present the school operates on two separate sites, all of the Juniors and a year 2 class at John Street and the remainder of the Infants and the Nursery at Charles Street. Work is well underway on the new school which is being built on the school field at the existing John Street base. It is hoped that we will all enter the new completed school in September 2011. We will be bringing you up to date information and photographs of the site as the building stages progress. |

As a celebration of the two existing buildings we held a 'Film Premiere' and Open Afternoon on 3rd May 2011. We invited members of the public to come and have a last look around the two sites before we move into the new building in September. The film itself is very exciting. It consists of interviews with past and present pupils together with video footage and photographs of days gone by. Please click here to read the original official full press release .
